Shipment Processing Time
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Due to customs restrictions we cannot ship to Tasmania, Western Australia or Northern Territory.
Loss and/or Damages
Indoorplants is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Care will be taken when packaging, however we are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by Australia Post or any other postal service employed by indoorplants, if your plant is damaged in transit please contact us at info@indoorplants.com.au
Indoorplants ships to the address supplied by the customer and holds no responsibility for shipping delays or complications when the shipping address on an order has been entered incorrectly or incompletely by the customer.
Indoorplants.com.au shall make all reasonable effort to ensure all plants are in good condition prior to shipping, they shall not be held responsible for any plant that dies when a customer fails to maintain the plant or follow any instructions or guidelines provided by indoorplants in regard to proper care of the plant.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Australia.
Returns Policy
